The number you agree is the number you pay

A page is one address on your site: a home page, a service page, a contact page, an article. Headers, footers, the 404 page and your privacy and terms pages are part of the job and never counted, so you are not charged for them. Landing page covers 1, small site covers 6, and full build covers 12 and up. Past what a package carries, each further page is €710, designed and built, up to the count where the next package starts. A small site stretches to 11 pages at €9,450; from 12 it is a full build at €11,900, which adds content modelled to your data. Every page count has one price, whichever package you started from. Pages you enter yourself in the admin cost nothing at all, at any count. If you only need one half of the job, the design and the build are each priced by the page on their own, and both fall as the count grows.

Then it gets its own number rather than being squeezed into one of these. The packages cover websites built from pages. Customer logins, payments, dashboards and anything with business logic behind it is work we do, and it is quoted separately because the size is set by what the software has to do rather than by how many pages it has. That is also why the full build says "from €11,900" and not a flat figure: it is a floor. 3 scoping days at €1,890 is how the real number gets worked out. The fee comes off a small site or a full build booked within 60 days of the scope landing.

It depends on the size. A landing page takes 10 to 15 working days, a small site 20 to 30 working days, and a full build 8 to 12 weeks. Each of those covers the scope the package carries, so twelve pages and up with 12 pages is the 8 to 12 weeks job. Anything past that moves the date as well as the price: every further page adds about 2 working days, and ten of them add about 3 weeks. The date moves further than the hours do, because pages wait on your words and pictures rather than on us. A site of 20 pages is 8 pages past the 12 the package carries, so it adds about 2 weeks on top of that window, and the real date is written down with the real price before anything starts, because we will not put down a date we cannot hold. Those are working times from an agreed scope, so a project with content still to be written or photographed starts when that is ready. You get a dated plan before we start, and we tell you the moment anything threatens it rather than at the end.

Often, yes. We can work inside an identity and a design system you already have, or pick up a codebase someone else started. Design and build are also sold on their own if you only need one of them, from €1,200 a page for the design and €1,300 a page for the build, both falling as the count grows. We will say honestly if we think a foundation needs replacing rather than extending, and why.

You do. Designs, source code, repositories and accounts are all transferred on final payment. There is no licence back to us and nothing that keeps you dependent on us to run it.

Yes, and in three shapes, so you are not forced into a subscription to get one poster. By the piece: a single design is €120 on its own, and the rate falls again at the second, the sixth and the eleventh. By the pack: €520 for 5, €960 for 10 and €1,780 for 20, which works out at €104, €96 and €89 a piece, and packs never expire. Every month: €760 for 10 a month, and €1,480 for 20, which is the usual pace for a company posting most weekdays. Month to month a plan runs 17 to 21 per cent under the same count in a pack, and the reserved capacity and the term discount come on top of that: at 12 months, 20 a month is €1,360, about €68 a piece against €89 in the pack of 20. Past 20 a month there is no larger plan, and the reserved day at €730 is not one in disguise: a pack or a plan buys volume, drawn in the order the work is briefed, while a day buys speed, a whole working day held for you with 6 pieces drawn the same day rather than queued. That is €122 a piece against about €84 a piece at the top of the ladder, and what separates the two figures is a place in the queue, not the drawing. A piece is one design sized for 1080 x 1350 feed, 1080 x 1920 story, 1200 x 628 ad, with two revision rounds and the source files. First draft within 2 working days of a brief, up to 20 pieces, with a larger brief drawn in sets of 20, 2 working days apart, and the clock pauses while a brief or a round of feedback sits with you. On a monthly plan what you do not use does not roll over, because you are reserving time rather than banking favours, and a piece past the count is €82, up to 3 a month. Before a month to month plan there is a template kit at €590, waived if you commit to 3 months or more, and not needed at all if we already made your identity. A pack never needs it, since a pack is drawing rather than reserved capacity. That kit is the whole reason this works: the first post is a design decision, the fiftieth is a variant of something that already exists, and you should not pay for it twice.

Ongoing care is optional and comes in four sizes, because keeping a marketing site patched and keeping software with logins behind it running are not the same job. Essentials is €65 a month for patches, backups and uptime monitoring, with no change hours, so changes are billed by the hour as they come. A site is €170, which is essentials plus one hour of changes a month. An application is €520, which adds dependency updates, error monitoring and five hours. Priority, from €1,030, adds an agreed response time and twelve hours. Each tier says exactly how many change hours it carries, none at all at the entry tier, rather than selling a vague promise, and anything past the block is quoted at €105 an hour before it is started. The handover is complete whether you take care or not, you can start later, you can stop at the end of any paid month by telling us before that month ends, and a system somebody else built goes through the scoping days first. It is the site's own upkeep, separate from the design retainer above.
