What we build

Built from scratch, and yours to run afterwards

A landing page, a full site, or the system running behind it, written rather than assembled from a theme. That is the difference between a page that loads in a second and one that loads a framework first. It is checked against a keyboard and a screen reader before it ships, and handed over with the repository, the accounts and the documentation, so the version you launch is one your own team can carry on with.

  • By project or by hour
  • A day to three months
  • Yours on handover

Fixed price, agreed before we start.

Before it goes live

Five checks. Every one written down.

None of these are visible in a screenshot, and all of them are the difference between a site that looks finished and one that is.

  • Contrast4.5:1
  • KeyboardTab and Escape
  • WeightNothing unused
  • MetadataPer page
  • ThemesDrawn twice
Contrast

Measured, never eyeballed

Every colour pair carries its ratio in the source beside it. Text that misses 4.5:1 does not ship, and where a background makes that impossible, the background is what changes.

  • Both themes checked separately
  • Figures written down, not remembered
Keyboard

Reachable without a mouse

Every link and control can be reached with the tab key, and shows where you are once you get there. Anything that only appears under a cursor is treated as a bug.

  • Focus you can actually see
  • Menus and dialogs close on Escape
Weight

Nothing ships that is not used

Every kilobyte has to earn the download. The visitor waiting for it is usually on a phone, on their own network, not on the office connection the site was built over.

  • A library only where it beats writing it
  • Fonts cut to the characters used
  • Images sized for the space they sit in
  • Animation that does not drop frames
  • No analytics or chat widget by default
Metadata

Every page says what it is

Title, description, canonical address and a share image, written per page rather than copied across the site. A page that cannot say what it is gets found by the wrong people.

  • One canonical address, not four
  • Sitemap generated, never typed
  • Structured data in the source
Themes

Two designs, not one inverted

Light and dark are drawn separately. Every colour is a token redefined per theme, so half your visitors do not get a near-black rectangle on a near-black page.

  • Both themes signed off, not just the light one
  • No colour written outside the tokens

Starts at

euros1.600

A floor for the discipline bought on its own. A landing page including both design and build is cheaper than the two hired separately, which is the whole reason the packages exist.

What the work is

  • Front end built from the agreed designs, responsive from 360 pixels up
  • Server and database where the project needs them
  • Forms, analytics and the third-party services wired up and tested
  • Source, hosting and domain moved to your own accounts on final payment

What it is not

  • Customer logins, payments and business logic, which are quoted separately because their size is set by what the software has to do
  • Content. If the words and photographs do not exist yet, somebody has to make them
  • Ongoing hosting costs, which are billed by your provider rather than by us
